Round Top Farm Wedding | Damariscotta Maine | Becky & Duncan

Last weekend I traveled down to Damariscotta for Becky and Duncan's Round Top Farm Wedding. It was such a fun day with such a sweet couple!

My team and I met up with Becky, Duncan, and there friends and family at Becky's grandparents beautiful home in Arrowsic Maine. Duncan and his groomsmen had one side and Becky and her bridesmaids the other. It was such a great arrangement! As always, after arriving and saying my hellos I got to work photographing Becky's details. That's when I was told about one special detail... Becky's childhood stuffed animal named Black Kitty. People used to joke that when she grew up she would have it at her wedding day so naturally she HAD to be there! ( As a mom myself I LOVED this.) That is why you will see Black Kitty in some of the detail shots ;)

Once everyone was ready. we headed outside for their first look. Duncan and I walked outside and just as I gave the thumbs up for Becky to walk down, it started raining. Now personally, I love it when that happens. It adds such a sweet and romantic feel to photos but I know it's not ideal for a bride to be to be standing in the rain. As soon as Duncan turned around though and laid his eyes on Becky, the rain didn't matter anymore <3 The stress of the morning melted away and for a moment it was just the two of them.

Immediately after the first look we headed over to Round Top Farm for the ceremony and reception. I was immediately taken back by how gorgeous and simply perfect the venue was decorated. It was so good!! Because of the rain, Becky and Duncan decided to move the ceremony inside but because it was so beautifully decorated, they didn't seem too upset about it.

Following the ceremony and portraits, there was nothing left to do but dance and enjoy celebrating the new Mr. and Mrs. Scott. Congratulations, you two!!!
